Conveyor belts with cleats are used for the inclined conveying of bulk goods and small pieces.
The guide helps center the belt on the conveyor and it can be made of PVC or PU, in a trapezoidal, square or rectangular form.
Sidewall profiles are used ofen in conjunction with lateral profiles to contain goods on the sides.
A perforated conveyor belt has a sequence of punched holes based on the application or uses for the belts. Often used for drying or vacuuming purposes, perforated conveyor belts allow air to flow around the products & can more effectively hold products & materials in place on the conveyor by vacuum.

Belt splicing is the process of joining two trimmed ends of a conveyor belt to assure belt performance and longevity. This process is either a chemical or mechanical procedure. It is usually performed as part of an installation, maintenance up-keep, or during a repair.

A: Yes, we can customize the dimensions based on your old belt sample or technical drawings. We support custom slitting and splicing to ensure a perfect fit for your equipment.
 
Q: My conveyor system includes an inclined section; how can I prevent materials from sliding?
A: Depending on the incline angle: for conveyor angles <30°, we recommend surface patterns such as rough top, diamond, vertical stud, or longitudinal groove; for angles >30°, we recommend adding cleats or sidewalls to ensure the material remains securely in place without sliding.
 
Q: Will the belt stretch over time with prolonged use? Will it require frequent re-tensioning?
A: We utilize a low-elongation carcass (constructed from high-strength polyester fabric), controlling the elongation under a standard load to within 1% (based on a 10N/mm standard). This ensures excellent dimensional stability, thereby significantly reducing the frequency of tensioning maintenance required.
 
Q: How can belt tracking issues be resolved?
A: We offer various solutions to prevent misalignment, including guide strips for positioning (available in multiple cross-sections), sidewalls for lateral containment, and back-side perforations designed to engage with pulley guides.
