In 1999, when Andy was a teen, he accompanied his father to a sanitary paper manufacturing plant to pick up an order. Suddenly, a tissue - folding machine stopped. The factory technicians immediately stepped forward to inspect the equipment and then discovered that a toothed belt on the machine had broken. They sighed and remarked, "This is an imported belt-who knows how many months we'll have to wait for a replacement belt. " Andy, who happened to overhear this conversation, keenly recognized a business opportunity: He could source these imported toothed belts and maintain an inventory to sell. Subsequently, Andy began procuring and stockpiling a supply of imported toothed belts specifically designed for sanitary paper machinery through various channels and then provided them to the factory whenever he accompanied his father on visits.

In 2003, Andy's younger brother, Jason, graduated from school and joined Andy in the belt business, expanding their operations from stocking toothed belts to flat belts as well.

In 2007, Hongxin Company was officially established. Not only did the firm sign a direct agency agreement with Gates, but it also began acting as a distributor of Mitsuboshi, Optibelt, Habasit, Siegling, Nitta, and Megadyne.

In 2008: As the sole distributor of the Italian Tiger Company, Tiger (Fujian) started to sell industrial belts under the Tiger brand. Then, it set up offices in Shanghai, Xiamen, and Guangzhou.

In 2010: Made an agreement with the Swiss Habasit company and imported its technology and equipment.

In 2012: Began to produce industrial belts under the Tiger brand with the approval of the Italian Tiger company.

In 2015: Reached an agreement with the American Gates company, established a dedicated Gates warehouse in Fujian,  and provided technical support for Gates industrial belts.

In 2016: Possesses more automated equipment and production lines to respond to ever - changing demands and has extended the market to Europe, Africa, North America,  and South America.

In 2017: Tiger (Fujian) obtained the ISO9001 certificate.

In 2019: Established a new subsidiary, Tiger (Xiamen) X - M Co., Ltd.

In 2021: Extended the market to the southwest region, and the Chengdu branch was established.

In 2022: Act as an agent for German Festo pneumatic products.

In 2024: Set up a Xinjiang branch in the northwest of China.

In 2025: Become an authorized distributor of Ammeraal products.
